The J & J Lake Norman Winter Team Trail fished this past
Sunday with 30 boats participating. Darren Gay and Jeff
Levengood brought in 12.15 and captured first place. Second
place went to Brandon Williams and Reid McGinn with 11.60.
Shane Lineberger and Hank Cherry took third with 10.40, and
rounding out the top four was Shannon Matheson and Thomas
Aderson with 9.85.
Big bass of the day was a 3.75 largemouth brought in by the
winning team of Gay and Levengood.
The Saturday trail will fish again on January 30 while the
Sunday trail will not fish again until February 7.
All J & J events are from 9 am til 4 pm and are held out of
Midway Landing.

Trail NEW POINTS
SYSTEM FOR 2010 NORMAN WINTER TRAIL
Points shall be awarded for each contestant one point per
pound plus three bonus show points. points will double
for the 4th and 5th tournament for the
Saturday and Sunday trail. Points will triple for the last
two tournaments on the Saturday and Sunday trail. Top 20
teams from each trail Qualify to Fish the Championship.
