The best time I've had was on lake hickory last may. I decided to fish a wednesday night tourney and man was in for a treat. It was just one of those afternoons. I started fishing a place my brother had showed me when I was like ten years old. The first cast 4 pounder, ten feet down the bank another 4 pounder. I was pretty pumped. But the best was yet to come. I continued to catch great fish in the area. I decided to make a move knowing I had a great limit already. I went to a place that usually holds a good fish. The first fish I put in the boat was a 10.94. Needless to say I was going crazy. I think It took me 10 minutes to make my next cast, and I made about 20 phone calls. I must say that had to be the best afternoon I have had on a local lake. TIPS: through that OUTLAW jig.
